An award-winning premier project for a boutique development firm, the creative marketing and communications strategy for The Gregory was designed to amplify both the success of the project and the incredible opportunities that lie within adaptive reuse.
The brand visuals and language reflect the building’s history and architectural grandeur as well as the development process: a collaborative labor of love; incorporating themes of preservation, evolution, detailing and possibility.
The Project received the NY Landmark Commission’s Lucy Moses Award and MHN’s Excellence in Development Award for Adaptive Reuse.
